As a proud member of Les Clefs d'Or Ireland, the world's most prestigious association of professional hotel concierges, PC wears the internationally recognised crossed golden keys as a symbol of excellence, professionalism and exceptional service. Membership is earned through years of experience, rigorous assessment and an unwavering commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences. Through this distinguished global network, PC is able to draw on trusted concierge connections around the world, ensuring even the most unique guest requests can be fulfilled with confidence.
PC's dedication to hospitality has been recognised by both his peers and the wider industry. In 2019, he was honoured with the prestigious Jimmy Connor Award for Concierge of the Year, recognising his outstanding commitment to guest service and his ability to consistently go above and beyond for every guest.
Beyond his work at The Killarney Park, PC has played an active role in shaping the concierge profession in Ireland. He served as an Executive Committee Member of Les Clefs d'Or Ireland from 2020 to 2024, contributing to the development of the association and supporting the next generation of concierge professionals. From 2024 to 2026, he went on to serve as President of Les Clefs d'Or Ireland, representing the highest standards of the profession while championing collaboration, mentorship and excellence in hospitality across the country. His leadership reflects the respect he has earned among colleagues both in Ireland and throughout the international Les Clefs d'Or community.
