The Spa offers eight private treatment suites, where you can choose from a bespoke menu of experiences, treatments, and rituals personalised to your own unique needs and goals. Our caring, expert therapists will guide you through your wellness journey with gentle wisdom and skillful technique, leaving you feeling supported, balanced, and renewed. Before and after your treatments, you can deepen your sense of relaxation in the radiating warmth of our specially designed stone caldarium and our restful relaxation room. Sink into a supportive lounger, sample a selection of delicate and nutritious refreshments, and let your mind drift along with the spectacularly coloured fish in our panoramic saltwater aquarium.
When you are ready to emerge from the sanctuary of The Spa itself, there is still much more to explore and enjoy. Move between the hydrotherapy spaces of our sauna, steam room, bubble pool and outside hot tub. Take slow, meditive laps in our heated 20 metre indoor pool. Remind yourself of your own strength in our private gym. Yes, our beautifully presented gift vouchers make the perfect gesture for someone special. Vouchers are available at the spa reception, are non-refundable, and must be presented at the time of redemption.
To ensure your time with us is seamless and restorative, we recommend booking your treatments in advance. This allows us to fully tailor your visit to your preferences. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to relax and begin your journey unrushed. Should you arrive late, we will do our utmost to accommodate you, though your treatment duration may be adjusted accordingly.
Your wellbeing is our highest priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions at the time of booking, as certain treatments may not be suitable for specific health concerns. Rest assured, all information shared is held in the strictest confidence.
Booking your spa experience is simple. You may visit our online booking portal at your convenience, or contact our spa directly, where our dedicated team will be delighted to assist in curating your perfect visit.

Our Spa welcomes guests from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and is closed on Tuesdays. Should you require a treatment outside of these hours, bespoke arrangements may be available upon request.
To preserve the integrity of our spa experience, we kindly request 48 hour’s notice for any individual booking changes or cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations will incur the full treatment charge.
For group bookings of 3 or more guests, a minimum of 7 days notice is requested, allowing us to prepare a perfectly tailored experience for every guest.
Absolutely. Our changing facilities are separated by gender, while our communal spa areas are designed to be gender-inclusive, offering comfort and privacy to all our guests.
To preserve the tranquil nature of the spa environment, guests must be 18 years or older to receive treatments.
Please arrive in whatever attire you feel most comfortable. Luxurious robes and slippers are provided upon arrival. Your therapist will guide you through the appropriate attire for your treatment. Swimwear is required in the pool area, and gentlemen are kindly asked to wear shorts during their services.
For your peace of mind, we recommend leaving valuables and jewellery at home or in the safety of your guest room. The Spa does not accept responsibility for the loss of personal items.
All treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. We thank you for your understanding.
