The Killarney Park, including The Garden Bar and The Peregrine, are temporarily closed from November 3rd, 2024, to April 3rd, 2025, as we undergo a thoughtful transformation to bring you a new era of luxury. This renewal is more than structural upgrades; it’s a carefully considered enhancement of the guest experience, blending our cherished legacy with modern charm.
We are delighted to announce that The Killarney Park, The Garden Bar and The Peregrine will reopen on April 4th, 2025. Guests are invited to make reservations for dates from April 4th onward, either online or by calling us directly. We look forward to welcoming you back to experience a beautifully reimagined Killarney Park.

Most of all, you can expect to fall in love with our food. This is authentic Irish dining, elevated to an artform. Our restaurants are grounded in an intimate sense of place. Every item on each of our menus draws its inspiration and ingredients directly from this region: the green fields, swift rivers, and rugged coastlines of Kerry and its neighbouring counties.
Over the years, we have fostered close relationships with our local suppliers, who bring us the very best of each day’s produce. Fine seafood, pulled straight from the Atlantic. Ethically farmed meats and game raised with a focus on welfare and sustainability. Seasonal vegetables, fruit, and berries, harvested within just a few miles of the hotel, with herbs and leaves from our own pollinator-friendly kitchen garden. Golden Irish butter, rich cream, milk and yogurt from small family dairies. Handmade cheese and ice-cream, free-range eggs, honey on the comb and fresh sourdough bread, all produced in small batches with heritage knowledge and skills handed down for generations.
