• The offer includes a complimentary upgrade and a bottle of Champagne, once per stay.
• Upgrade offer will be guaranteed at the time of booking but remains subject to availability. Your upgrade will be confirmed within 24 business hours of your booking being made. Every effort will be made to secure and guarantee a room upgrade at the time of booking, however if for some reason an upgrade is not available, the hotel will liaise with you to arrange an alternative date.Please only consider your upgrade guaranteed once you have received confirmation from the hotel.
