The Cellar is located at The Ross, our sister property, right across the street. It features a stainless steel and glass curved staircase, which complements the Missoni-esque string drapes and vaulted ceilings, leading to a dramatic setting.
With wood-fired flat-breads and aranchini delights to begin with followed by succulent surf n’ turf and fish specials to follow, Head Chef Ian McMonagle packs every mouthful with local flavours. a range of natural and biodynamic wines so good you’ll wanna work your way through the entire menu.
Make sure to head back up the winding stairs for some more fizz in The Pink Lounge to round off a cracking evening.
